Company Overview
Qingdao Zhusheng Construction Co., Ltd. was established in September 2022 as a holding subsidiary of Rizhao Land Development Group. Together with Shandong Guofeng Construction Development Co., Ltd. and the Green Prefabricated Building Industrial Park, we form the core force of the Group's construction business.
The company holds Building Engineering General Contracting Grade I qualification, with 156 professional technicians including 1 senior professional title holder, 8 associate senior engineers, 22 intermediate engineers, 20 national registered constructors, 3 designers, 3 supervising engineers, and 5 cost engineers.
Our business scope covers building, municipal, water conservancy, highway, and prefabricated construction industries, as well as landscape greening, land consolidation, earthwork, steel structures, building materials equipment, and engineering management services.
